Rosemary Heights Seniors Village considers each resident unique and strives to enhance their sense of dignity, usefulness and self-respect while promoting health and wellness. In order to do so, resident care is delivered through seven primary values: choice; health and well-being; dignity; confidentiality; fairness; accountability; environments that provide safe, competent ethical care.
Employees communicate in English (with the exception of special circumstances such as caring for non-English speaking residents). Rosemary Heights is a multi-denominational facility.
There are 90 beds with 85 publicly subsidized long term care beds at Rosemary Heights; 86 are single occupancy rooms and two are double occupancy rooms.

| Room features and personalization | Each room features a private wardrobe, bed, bed side table, individual lighting, dresser and chair. Residents or families are encouraged to decorate the room by bringing in small items that are labelled. Cable television can be installed upon request. All rooms have a phone jack and phone number assigned. |

Hours of operation
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Residents are encourage to have family and friends visit at their convenience. We ask visitors to be respectful of noise volume during morning and evening hours.
Eligibility
Clients must meet Home and Community Care requirements and criteria for admission. A health care needs assessment will be completed to confirm eligibility. See the eligibility requirements for home and community care section of our website.
Referral
Referral by case manager at a Home and Community Care office is required. To access service call the Home Health Service Line for more information; do not contact the care home directly.
Fees
There is a monthly accommodation fee; additional fees may apply for incidental services.
