Heritage Village is a Fraser Health operated site. It is a two-storey long term care home organized into five neighbourhoods.
Each neighbourhood has its own kitchenette, dining and lounge areas, hydrotherapy whirlpool tubs and ceiling lifts.
Heritage Village has 100 publicly subsidized long term care beds. There are 64 single occupancy, 12 double occupancy and three multiple occupancy rooms.
|Room features and personalization||Each room features basic furniture. Linens are provided.
Residents may bring small personal furniture items, a television, radio and decorative items.
|Accessibility||Limited space is available for electric chairs. The gardens are wheelchair accessible.|
|Security||Heritage Village is fitted with keypads and video monitoring for security.|
|Smoking||Smoking is not permitted inside the building.|
|Location information||Heritage Village is located near public transportation and two shopping malls.|
|Additional site features||A gift shop is available on site.|
|Parking and transportation||Free parking is available on site.|
|Social and recreation programs||Heritage Village has a recreational and music therapy program. A large wheelchair accessible van is used for outings and residents can use HandyDART for external appointments.|
|Spiritual program||A spiritual care practitioner is available and on site once per week.|
|Pets||Therapy dogs visit regularly. Pets are welcome to visit once approved by the Fraser Health pet policy.|
|Medical assistance in dying||On-site assessment and on-site provision available.|
|Hairdressing||An on-site hair salon is available. Hairdressing services are available for a fee.|
|Foot and nail care||A foot care nurse visits regularly. Foot and nail care is available for a fee.|
