Outpatient occupational therapy services provided to referred individuals presenting with varying diagnoses, for example: rheumatoid arthritis, orthopaedic conditions such as tendinitis, and neurological conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, radial nerve palsy and multiple sclerosis.

Referral
Patients must present a referral form from a physician, or other recognized medical professional.
Fees
Physicians are aware of fee schedule. Patients are billed for custom-made orthotics, splints and adaptive equipment; these fees are generally refundable through insurance plans.
Language (s) Offered
Primarily English, although translation services can be made available. It is suggested to bring an interpreter if understanding English is difficult.
