Chartwell Crescent Gardens offers a continuum of care environment with multiple lifestyle options in addition to long term care, including independent and assisted living. This unique offering allows couples who have different care needs to live under the same roof while receiving the personalized support they need as individuals. It’s also very convenient for visiting family and friends.
Crescent Garden has 75 long term care beds (53 publicly subsidized). There are 69 single occupancy rooms and three double occupancy rooms.
|Room features and personalization||Our spacious private rooms include a bed, nightstand, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom. Linens are included.
Residents and their families are encouraged to personalize their rooms with pictures, photos and other decorations. Residents may bring a small TV or personal furniture by prior arrangement.
