The acute care orientation program is run by clinical nurse educators from Professional Practice.
Fraser Health Acute Care Orientation provides the foundation of the orientation framework for all new Fraser Health acute care employees.
The orientation program ensures that recently hired acute care employees across Fraser Health receive a consistent, standardized orientation, and provides an overview of the roles and responsibilities of the individual employees.
The goal is to give new hires the best start possible.
