Guidance for family/social visits in Long-term Care and Assisted Living
Expanded visitation can start in long-term care/assisted living facilities as soon as the operator has developed a written plan in line with the requirements outlined in the Infection Prevention and Control Requirements for COVID-19 in Long Term Care and Seniors’ Assisted Living. Fraser Health does not need to review and/or approve the plan for an operator to safely implement expanded visiting in their facility.
